User registration is not required when ordering. To carry out the order, it is mandatory to enter personal data (name, surname, address, email address). In the case of a company purchase, the name of the company and the tax number are also mandatory.

Payment is possible by direct bank transaction on the basis of a pre-invoice, by credit card or via PayPal.

When you add the product, the page automatically displays the basket where you can proceed to the end of the purchase or return to the store and continue with the purchase. 3. Warranty

We guarantee that the product will work flawlessly if the user follows the attached instructions for use. BU INV d.o.o. undertakes to repair/replace all defects and technical defects that would occur on the product during normal use during the warranty period (30 days). The warranty is valid if you follow the instructions on the website.

4. Payment method, payment confirmation and invoice

The method of payment is possible with a credit card, via a direct bank transaction based on a pre-invoice or via PayPal.

The deadline for payment is 2 working days after receiving the invoice.

The original invoice will be sent to your e-mail address. In the case of personal collection at the collection point, the buyer receives a printed invoice for the ordered product upon collection of the goods.

All costs related to the purchase are broken down on the invoice. The buyer is obliged to check the correctness of the data for issuing the invoice before placing the order. The buyer is obliged to check the correctness of the information on the invoice and to inform the provider about any errors within 8 working days at the latest. 5. Delivery and delivery charges

Dealing with damaged shipments (compensation)

6. Right to withdraw from order

In the case of contracts concluded at a distance or outside the business premises, the consumer has the right to notify the company BU INV d.o.o. within 14 days, that he withdraws from the contract, without having to give a reason for his decision. The consumer can submit a notice of withdrawal to the company on the form referred to in the fifth paragraph of Article 138 of the ZVPot-1 or with an unequivocal statement from which it is clear that he withdraws from the contract.

If the consumer has already received the goods and withdraws from the contract, he returns them or hands them over to BU INV d.o.o. or to a person authorized by BU INV d.o.o. to take over the goods immediately or no later than 14 days after the notification from Article 134 of this Act, unless the company offers to take over the returned goods. It is considered that the consumer returns the goods on time if they are sent before the expiry of the 14-day return period.

In case of withdrawal from the contract, BU INV d.o.o. , immediately or no later than 14 days after receiving the notice of withdrawal from the contract, he will return all received payments. The received payment is returned to the buyer with the same means of payment as he used it.

The only cost charged to the buyer in connection with withdrawal from the contract is the cost of returning the goods (which, in the case of shipping, is charged according to the price list of the delivery service and depends on whether it is a shipment/package/cargo). The returned goods must be undamaged and returned to their original state.

7. Complaints

The seller is responsible for any non-compliance of the goods that exists when the goods are delivered and which appear within two years of the delivery of the goods as stated in the first paragraph of Article 78 of the ZVPot-1.
